I've just installed an RE700x in my attic, connected to a WiFi 6 router in my living room.

My CCTV box is in the attic and only has an ethernet connection.

When I first plugged in the extender, connected to my old non-OneMesh Vodafone router, the wired connection for my CCTV worked fine alongside the extender WiFi.

Now I've changed my router to a TP-Link one, allowing me to turn it into a mesh system, the wired ethernet connection is no longer working?

Any ideas?

Hi,

 

Is your CCTV box configured to obtain IP addresses automatically via DHCP or was it maybe manually configured with a static IP address?

 

In case is was the latter, then its IP address may need to be adjusted to match the LAN subnet used by the TP-Link router.

  @woozle cheers mate, I turned the mesh off and back on and it's working 👍🏻
