Hi, may I know if there is any changes for your parental control settings before the issue started?

Please also provide more details about your parental control settings, such as blocking some websites or using bedtime etc. but not working at all?

Please also make sure the device MAC address and also router system time are both correct, no VPN connection on the client device.

Thank you for the reply. Device blocking is working but time control is not working after firmware upgrade. Has any one faced similar issue?

Hi, the issue is not caused by the firmware update, I see other similar feedback as well. We have reported the issue to our senior engineers, they are actively working to resolve this issue and restore the functionality as quickly as possible.

@Sunshine Thank you for the reply. I have been very active on pausing the network and making sure bed time restrictions work almost everyday for my children. Pausing internet and bed time restrictions both stopped working after the firmware upgrade. Blocking MAC still works. Thank you and awaiting the fix.
