  @abuske

Hi, previous issue has been already resolved, if there is any further issue, it is recommended to start a new thread.

For parental control not working issue, please remember to check if the client device uses random MAC address or VPN to avoid the limit, also make sure the router system time is correct.

  @Sunshine Helllo, I have an Archer A20 (AC4000) v3.0 and I am seeing the same issue, parental controls were working a week ago, and now they are not, I tried restoring the whole router and re-configuring it again, and nothing worked. Thanks.

I started a new thread as you mentioned if my model was different from the ones you are mentioning.

Hi Sunshine! Can you add the AX10000 to list of affected devices? I'm experiencing the same issue as well: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/622022 I appreciate the team looking into this as it is a great feature and our family relies on it a lot to help keep our kids safe online.

  @Sunshine This may be known by TP-Link, but I wanted to add that it's not just the time limits that stopped working, but all of the web filtering is not working. All websites are available, including adult sites, g@mbling sites, and any specific domains blacklisted. Thanks.

 @Sunshine

I agree with the information provided by the previous poster. In addition to time limit management not working, web filtering also does not work.

It should be said that all the functions under HomeCare (ex.Parental Control, Qos , Antivirus) may be affected or not work. (QOS not working)

  @Sunshine - thank you for putting this post up. For me it appeared to stop after I upgraded the firmware. My Austictic son is so happy that this is broken we have to use the app and block the connection when 'we' want him to come off the computer:-)
