Issue Description:
The same parental control settings was working fine before, suddenly stopped working recently. Bedtime or pausing internet etc. doesn't work at all.
For example, the device in parental control profile can still access the Internet during the blocking time of Bedtime.
In addition, QoS function stops working as well.

Glad to inform you that we have located the HomeCare issue, new official firmware have been released or are in releasing process now to solve the problem, please pay close attention to any new firmware release through your router Web GUI, Deco App or TP-Link official website, here are the status of new firmware for the affected models:

For now, if you need to limit the internet access time of kids' devices, you could use Access Control Blacklist first to block client devices when necessary. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Is there a timetable of expected sequence of releases?
Is AX50 the next "client" in line?
I guess it is Expectable to take a few days?

I could see that the firmware has been released only for EU version

@Sunshine , I have a Deco P7 and I'm facing the exactly same issue here.
However, I cannot see it in the list of hardware to be fixed... (last firmware is from 2020).
Can you add it to the list of devices to be fixed?

My parent control has decided to stop working

I added a new ax72 to my network today updated it and put it into ap mode to replace a c6.
I cant load the profiles at all I'm using android tether app, as soon as I click on the family button at the bottom all I get is a loading symbol and thats all it does
Will unistalling the tether app and reinstalling it clear this or is this a software issue?
I've clicked on the client list and selected a child's device its brought up the details and tried tricking the system to open the parental controls.
It shows the device is linked to a profile clicked on it and its telling me there's no profile made 🤷🏼♂️
I've made sure my main router is linked to the homesheild in the homesheild option

@David-TP well, the new update, Deco X20_V2_1.2.3 Build 20230906, worked for a day or two. Parental controls no longer working again, can access all the XXX adult sites. What is going on? I am going to be forced to purchase a different router.

I'm in the same boat thinking of purchasing another brand. I bought the Deco M5 a few months ago and was working fine until the upgrade to 1.7.1.
They still don't have the updated firmware for the AU/US version. Why isn't there a revert previous firmware version?
The school holiday is coming and parental control not working!
