hi I'm having trouble from day one of having my tp link ax3000 ax55 router,im with zzoomm on a 500mb plan.i set the router up as normal and all works fir about 10 minutes then I have the red no Internet light  I've probably had thus router sat in the box fir about 6 months and every couple of week I try again with the same result .I don't understand how it works fine for 10 mins then nothing someone please help thank you

Hi, when the internet LED turns red after working for 10 min, if you restart the Archer AX55 router, will it work again for another 10 min?

When internet stops working, please check on the router web interface to see if there is still WAN IP address, if so, you could try to set Internet DNS manually on Advanced > Network > Internet page.

 

Besides, if you don't use the AX55 router, connect a computer or your old router to your modem directly, will the internet always work fine and stable?

If so, It's also suggested to clone the MAC address of the computer (or the MAC of the old router) to the TP-Link router. Guidance is as follows:
