Ive received a new sim card. And need it to be sinc with the router.

Hi, as long as the SIM card is compatible with the 4G router and not locked by PIN code etc., normally it can be plug and play after you insert it to the 4G router.
If it doesn't work now, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, or follow this guide for troubleshooting:
