Hi, I forgot to save my new (by the mac generated) password for the Powerline Wifi extender. How do I reset the extender to the factory defaults in order to make a new set-up?

The original 'admin' password is not working so there is no way to login using the TpPLC app. Please help.

Thanks, Harry

Hi, on the side of the powerline extender, there is a small reset button/hole, please press and hold the Reset button for at least 5 seconds to reset the powerline extender to factory default settings.

@hzweers59 Hi and thanks for your reply. Do I have to pair the extender to the basestation again after this reset or is is enough to just configure the wifi settings?
