Using when travelling as mifi...always says connected but no internet...

Hi, what is the model no., hardware version and lights status on the TP-Link product?

And which working mode have you configured?

It is a wireless router and if there is no internet access, please follow this guide for troubleshooting: What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?
