Are you using Safari?
In the release notes there is a reported issue with Safari speed, its being looked into. Firefox appears to work fine for me on all OSs.

@Philbert thank you I missed this information in release note. Yes I am using safari. I was OK before the update and if Firefox it works well. Thank you for your help.
