Buenos días,

 

Llevo desde hace unos 2 años y medio utilizando un par de adaptadores PA8010P. Con anterioridad me ha ocurrido que la luz central dejaba de iluminarse y no me funcionaba la conexión a internet, pero dejando pulsado el botón y reiniciando el adaptador conectado al router volvían a funcionar.

 

Sin embargo hoy el adaptador que va conectado al router parece que ha muerto. No se ilumina ninguna de las luces. He probado a conectarlo en otro enchufe de la casa pero tampoco hace nada.

 

¿Hay algo que pueda hacer? ¿Es posible adquirir un adaptador PA8010 individual para sustituir este?

I ended up buying a single PA7017P I found on Amazon as the warranty of the kit I have was already expired by a few months… Ugh.

 

I though it would be easier to buy a new one than trying to repair the broken one.

 

Speed is a little lower but I didn't get maximum speed with the other one anyway so it's fine.

Will there be any response if you press and hold pair button for 10s? If still no any LED light up, please contact the seller or local support team in your area to check the warranty.

 

By the way, purchasing an additional PA8010 will also work, but usually it was sold in a KIT, so as long as single PA8010 is available, it should be okay.
