Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seid ca. 6 Jahren einen WLAN-Verstärker von dem Modell AV500. Ich habe mir einen 2. Verstärker gekauft, aber irrtümlicherweise einen AV600. Ich habe im Internet gelesen, das die beiden Modelle kompatibel sind. Wenn der AV600 in die Steckdose ist, habe ich keine Internetverbindung. ( die Power- und Wlan-LED sind an )

Kann mir einer weiterhelfen?

Hi, if the powerline LED(looks like a house) on the AV600 is off, it means it is not paired with your powerline adapter, please refer to this guide to pair it first:

How to secure (pair) the Powerline Network

After the powerline LED turns on, please check internet access again from the AV600 unit.
