Parental controls are not working anymore on this model either. Scheduled time, blocked sites, device wifi access pausing are not working. Are you able to provide an update to fix this please? I need it fixed ASAP.

Hi, what is the hardware version and firmware version of your Archer A7?

 

Please check if your client device under the parental control is not using random MAC address, also try to restart the router to see if it helps.

Hardware version: 5.6

Firmware version: 1.2.1

 

The device is not using a random MAC address and I've tried restarting it.
