Model: TL-ER6120

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 3.0.1 Build 20180724 Rel.80086

We have a TL-ER6120 V3, and the L2TP VPN has been working fine for windows 10 devices using the built in Windows VPN feature. However when trying to connect the same way with a mobile Device such as an iPhone, it does not connect. There is no error message that i can see. I have tried mobile device on Mobile data and Wifi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @PibblesNTA

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If you are using Android 13, that may not be supported. This model has been listed as EOL. Its L2TP VPN encryption may not be compatible with the Android 13. Android 13 has changed its VPN methods.

But I still suggest you run a check on your configuration steps. Make sure everything are correct. If this cannot be done with the Android or the latest iOS, that may be the outdated encryption on the ER6120.
