5G SIM Not working on TP Link MR100 Router Hardware version 2.0

I recently purchased new TP Link MR100 Hardware version 2.0 from Amazon, all 4 G sim works perfectly fine but 5G SIM not working.
Customer support is saying, this router only support 4G LTE network only, but they haven't mentioned it anywhere on their website.
If anyone has any solution for this, kindly help.

Below error is very frequent when i insert 5g SIM card,
Even though it say's connected but intenet does't worked,
Error message indicating DNS error, hence tried changing primary DNS IP to google DNS i.e. 8.8.8.8 but no success,
Same Jio 5G SIM card when inserted in my non-5G cellphone, it works perfectly fine, below are the details of network,
This test I have done on Jio 5G SIM card, this device works perfectly fine with Jio 4G SIM card.
Just FYI, I tested this device with Airtel and VI 5G SIM cards too, it's failed for them as well but worked on VI 4 G SIM card.
VI is updated name for Vodafone / Orage / Idea service providers.
