Sorry, we have only firmware recovery for M7350 V3 and V4.
For V6.2, if factory reset and re-inserting the battery doesn't help, please contact the retailer to check warranty and get it replaced.

Hi, there is no firmware recovery tool for M7450 V2, I've replied you in another post, you are using a MTN customized device, that is why it cannot install common EU version firmware, please check this reply: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/643500?replyId=1283954
