Model: ER7212PC
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20230901 Rel.55651

hello. my ER7212PC router doesn't seem to have "Lock to AP" feature.  my access points are EAP650's.  the user manual for the router does show that feature.  but the browser controller doesn't seem to have it.

Hi @chans

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Lock to AP is not available on the controller of ER7212PC. It was introduced in V5.9.9 while the ER7212PC V1.1.1 adapts to V5.8.

You might need to wait for the next release of the 7212PC.

No. The firmware. Because the ER7212PC is a 3-in-1 device. Every firmware it gets will have a controller version. You can check the release note and see more details about it. Each release note will mark its built-in Controller version.
