THESE ARE MY SETTING IN ACCESE CONTROL
MY INTERNET PROVDER DEFAULT GETWAY IS 192.168.55.1
MY LOCAL DEFAUL GETWAY IS 192.168.0.1
WITH ALL THE SETTING ABOVE STILL IS NOT RESTRICTING WEBSITES IN HELP PEOPLE
Are you trying to block Youtube website for some client devices at specific time?
Please make sure the router system time is correct, also check if the IP address of the client devices you are testing are 192.168.0.105 to 108.
If convenient, please try to add other websites as well to see if only the Youtube cannot be blocked.
