According to datasheet it shows difference in Transmit Power and Reception Sensitivity? Please advise.

Hi,

 

Looks like the V2 is using chips from Mediatek, while the V3 is built with chips from Qualcomm.

 

If you are concerned about the transmit power and reception sensitivity, then if you have the choice of either purchasing a V2 or a V3 just buy the version whose datasheet shows the better values.

Whether it would make any noticable difference in practical use, I don't know.
