TL-WPA4220 KIT wifi password change
Hi
Is there another method (other than Tether app) to change the wifi setting (wifi password)?
I tried the tether app but it did not work.

Hi
Sorry for the delay in replying.
Thank you TO everyone who helped me.
I managed to change the wifi settings by using another method (Dos) via my laptop:
first i unplugged the master powerline
plugged the slave powerline and connected it to the laptop via ethernet cable
i went to Command prompt and typed CD\ pressed enter
then ip config and pressed enter
i got the default geteway ip ( 192.168.0.1 or whatever it gives you)
i launched chrome browser and used the gateway ip to login
the ipv4 address can be used instead if the gateway ip does not work
that is how i managed to access to the powerline settings

Why don't you try via web browser ? Go to http://tplinkplc.net or http://tplinkplclogin.net/ then change the password here:
N.B. (you need to be connected wirelesly to the powerline extender to access its web management page)
or you can use the tpPLC utility to do the same - here's a guide.

it does not give me this page but it tells me that there is an issue even though i am connected wirelessly to the the tp powerline.
I also tried the tpPLC utility .
Thanks

Hi,thanks a lot for terziyski's help, normally the provided two methods should both work.
May I know the hardware version of your TL-WPA4220? and it is working fine now, right?
When you try the tpPLC utility, can your powerline extender be detected by the utility? please share with us the screenshot to show the problem.
