Cannotfind device (rec315 extender) in tether
I'm unable, no matter what I've tried to find extender.

Hi,
After you've plugged the RE315 in and waited for a couple of minutes, can you then see a new wireless network named "TP-Link_Extender" show up in the wireless network list of your phone or tablet? (I mean the network list of the phone itself, not the Tether app)
If no such wireless network shows up, then reset the RE315 by pressing the small recessed "Reset" button on the side of the RE315 for a couple of seconds.
