Model: Archer AX12
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

According to the store where I bought my TP-link router I need to creater a new network to make my Sono Speaker connect with the wifi. When I begun to do this I could not do it because the Model I have Arbcher AX12 is not an option when to choose model. How do I get around this so that I can create a network? Kind regards Suzanne

  @Suz_26-Hbg

Hi, are you trying to set it up via Tether App? Please make sure you are connected to the default TP-Link WiFi on your phone, when adding device on the App, you could select Wireless Router > Standard Routers. Here is the setup video for your reference

If there is still any problem, please share with us a screenshot of your page and also the version of your Tether App.

Besides, you could also login the web interface of the router via http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1 is the default LAN IP address of the Router) to set it up.

When you access the web management interface for the first time, it will ask you to set an admin password, please remember this admin password well.
