Onestream VR400 setup works in router mode but VR2800 with same ISP settings does not !
Onestream VR400 setup works in router mode but VR2800 with same ISP settings does not !
Just joined Onestream Broadband and they provided a VR400 and it works fine , but I have a VR2800 which I woul like to use
but even though I have switched the router to work in Wireless router mode and put in the providers connection details . The VR2800 will not connect to the ISP !
Any suggestions for troubleshooting to work out why the VR2800 will not connect when the VR400 works fine ?
Thanks in advance , hopefully someone has done this on a Onestream account !

It could be helpful to double-check the ISP connection settings on the VR2800 and ensure they match correctly with forbiddenpants Onestream's requirements. Sometimes a firmware update on the VR2800 might also resolve compatibility issues.
