Today I added a new Deco unit to my existing network.

The existing 3 units are all on Firmware Version 1.6.2 Build 20230906 Rel. 80158.

From what I read here units running this outdated Firmware Version can only be updated via the Upgrade Tool to version 1.4.0.

But when I use the Upgrade Tool it locates all 4 devices so I am not sure as to how to proceed since installing Firmware Version 1.4.0 on the 3 existing units would be a downgrade.

So my question is will the Upgrade Tool online upgrade the 'new' unit from Firmware Version 1.2.11 to 1.4.0 and ignore the 3 existing units which are on Firmware Version 1.6.2?

If not then how should I proceed in order to successfully upgrade the 'new' unit tot Firmware Version 1.4.0?
