One kit (tp-pa8010p) is working fine, but the other kit (tp-pa-4020) isn't working fine. The LED are all green but in the utility the ethernet icon is not showing, and no ethernet connection to my laptop. Does AV500 work with AV1300?

As shown in picture all 4 are connected.

Here are the specs:

tp-pa8010p kit: version 3.0 / firmware 2.7.0.44-02_801113_211130_903

tp-pa4020 kit: version 1.0 / firmware 1.1.0.871-04_402011_141222_009

  @Dmitri0163

Hi, yes, they are compatible.

Do you mean the laptop is connected to LAN port of TL-PA4020P but still shows no Ethernet connection on the laptop?

If you unplug the Ethernet cable, will the Ethernet LED on PA4020P turn off?

Please try a different ports on the PA4020P and also try a different Ethernet cable, try swapping the cables with PA8010P.

By the way, when you check the tpPLC utility, is your computer connected to PA8010P or PA4020P?
