Model: Archer C50
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 190125

Hello,

i just installed my Archer C50 and it startet well, i connected it via DLan and it worked fine for a couple of minutes.

After that the WLAN of the Archer lost its Internet Connection and does so every couple of minutes.

The Router itself always knows the Public IP Adress and the icon on the router shows that the Internet Connection works fine, but unfortunately the WLan doesn't have an internet Connection.

If i restart the Setup it will Work fine again for a couple of minutes until the Same Problem Starts again.

Hi,

What do you mean by "i connected it via DLan"?

Is this some type of Powerline adapters?

Yes, it's a Powerline Adapter.

Using Powerline adapters to connect a modem (my guess) to a router is unusual and something that probably hasn't been tested well.

Is it possible for you to carry the Archer C50 to the place where the other Powerline adapter is, then connect the C50 directly to that network cable (without any Powerline device) and then check again if you loose Internet after a couple of minutes?
