Hi All,

Hopefully someone can give me the right answer. I myself have tried all kinds of things and so far nothing has helped. I am stuck with the following:

I have a TP-Link Archer C80, it was already in it with my home. Now really I experience many problems when I want to have internet over cable. The maximum of my subscription is 500Mbps upload and download, however (for example) my PS5 is blocked above 100Mbps (download is then also only 4.6 Mbps).

My iMac is also connected to the cable, this does get the maximum out of it. What could be going wrong here? Another thing...

- I have already reset the router
- I have already bought a new network cable

Try to connect PS5 to another C80 LAN port to check if there's any difference. Your new cable should be at least CAT 5E.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Thank you for the response. I have already done this as well. My network cable is CAT 6.

What else I can do?

Except trying different ethernet cables you could contact your local tech support for further assistance.
