Wifi not connecting to other websites

Hello there, I was having an issue from 2 days ago which was whenever I try to get into a website some of them loads, but some of them doesn't. And if i turn on cellular data it loads perfectly. When I contacted the network agency they said that it might be the problem of your router. Please contact me if the team could and I'm looking forward to it.
Hi, it is always the same websites not loading? or the same website sometimes works but other times doesn't work? and does the issue happen on all client devices at the same time?
Please connect a computer to the router via Ethernet cable to test those websites as well, if the issue still happens, connect the same computer to your ISP modem directly for comparison.
