I have port forwarding and UPnP enabled, plex shows as remotely accessible, but playback still runs through the plex relay. When on the local network, playback is OK (original quality / no transcode). What additional settings am I missing?

Hi @tacocat09 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If it is on Plex relay, you might wanna ask this with the Plex support.

When you access the IP+port, you are not on the relay. Unless you are not doing so.
