Firmware Version: V1.4.3

Upgraded Eap610 V3 1.3.2 Build 20230414 Rel. 54437 to latest firmware of V1.4.3.

 

Some device no longer able to connect.

 

PPSK without radius in use.  When attempting to connect devices simply won't connect.  

 

Association Failures climb under  "Blocked by Access Control"  When looking under Insights, Known Clients, Blocked, no clients are listed.

 

Any customized ACL rules disabled to elliminate as a cause.

 

ER707-M2 V1

FW: 1.1.0 Build 20230609 Rel.34068

TL-SG2428P v3.0

FW: 3.0.6 Build 20230602 Rel.76586

 

Note: Upgrading ER707-M2 to latest version 1.2.0 has no impact on the issue.

 

Downgrading EAP610 to 1.3.2 Build 20230414 Rel. 54437 restores connectivity for all devices.

have you activated lock to ap on any clients?

Thanks for the info.  I did actually have lock to AP on and did not remember enabling it for some devices.  It's strange that it only affected it after the update?
