New router will not connect to internet
Hi, I have been trying to set up my router but no matter what I have tried I am unable to connect to the internet. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions but have had no luck. My sim card will work in my phone. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the router or me? Any advice?

Yes, it shows the phone is using band 28, but MR200 doesn't support band 28, that is why it cannot receive the signal.
It is recommended to confirm with Telstra whether they support any other 4G band in your area except for band 28, if not, I am afraid you need to get another product that supports band 28 such as Archer MR600.

When you test the SIM card on your phone, please enable phone hotspot as well to ensure it is allowed to share internet to multiple devices.
Then insert the SIM card into the MR200, share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with the system log file.
By the way, who is your ISP please?

@Sunshine thanks for your quick response.
My ISP is Telstra. I have tried to upload the photos I have taken of the laptop screen, but it comes up with an error of Image Source has no url - or something similar to that. Any ideas?

Hi,based on the screenshot, there is no service at all and the system log shows "Registration denied by the visible network" which usually means denied by the base station.
1. Please try factory reset the MR200 by holding reset button for 10s until power LED starts flashing
2. If Network Type still shows No Service on Status page, please insert the same SIM card into your phone again and check which 4G band the phone is using:

Then check if MR200 supports that 4G band or not, here is the network type and bands supported by MR200:
