Model: Archer TX20E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

My wifi card has stopped working but the bluetooth is still working. In device manager it only shows under hidden devices and in properties has the following message

"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

The bluettooth part of the card is still working and im able to connect to my wireless keyboard. Any help would be appreciated. Im not very tech savvy so if any additional information si required kindly advise.

Have you tried to remove the card from the interface slot and re-insert it back.

If you decide to try this make sure that the computer is turned off.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".
