Hi,
Do you mean Wake-On-Lan?
According to the specifications page https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/computer-accessory/ue200/#specifications the UE200 uses the chip RTL8152B.
And the RTL8152B does support Wake-On-Lan. https://www.realtek.com/en/products/connected-media-ics/item/rtl8152b-vb-cg
