TP-Link Onhub
Hello,
I have a TP-link Onhub s/n 2167233000581 and I can't install it correctly because Google Home doesn't support it.
How can I fix this?

As you may know Google has ended all support for the Google OnHub on TP-Link January 11, 2023. While they clarified in their announcement that the unit would still provide a signal, the OnHub would not be accessible in the Google Home app from that point forward. This means you are not able to manage the product, change its settings or take steps that would normally resolve most concerns in situations where troubleshooting is required.
However, we are unable to assist in troubleshooting either, as none of the features are accessible from our end. If your OnHub is still under our manufacturer’s warranty, it is recommended to contact the local support team in your area to see if it is possible to replace it with other product.
