   I have the same issue after 8 months of purchasing this item.  I bought it in the US, and relocate myself to other country. I guess I waisted my money.

  @David-TP Same problem here. 9 months and two of them are not working. Keeps restarting RE200(IN)v5.0. Tried all the steps in this forum. Tried contacting Indian customer support but the call is on wait for a long time. Dropped an email to their RMA address. Waiting for response. Filled out the form already.

  @David-TP 

I have the same problem on an RE200. No power cuts, just stopped working randomly. Power light turns on, blinks for about 20 times before it turns off, never to start again. I tried connecting the LAN cable to establish some kind of connection with the device. Did not work either.

  @David-TP same issue, none of the suggested solutions worked, logged info in linked sheet and is impossible to get hold of local support line (over an hour waiting) which is listed as being required in website warranty/replacement guide, so have to go out of pocket to replace as needed for continuation of business yes
