How I can add new device
VID:0x27c7, PID: 0x6002 QUECTEL 4G
This is standard usbserial device.
Can I create configuration file ?

Finally I change firmware to OpenWrt and problem solved.
Now working perfectly.

I am afraid we are unable to create configuration file for USB dongle, may I know the model no. of your USB dongle and can it be detected by the MR3020?
Please check 3G/4G USB Modem Compatibility List for TL-MR3020 v3 to see if it is compatible.

Dongle is 4G quectel EC200N .
I am from embedded linux background.
As per my obervestion of log.
Device detect on usb but don't create dev/ttty node because of not valid vid and pid.
If vid + pid can be added by any means it will work.
