#Wi-Fi 6E
I have a DECO AXE5300 6E Mesh router.
Port #3 is not working. I have checked that it is not the ethernet cables. The other ports work fine. WiFi is working fine.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks

For the non-functional port #3 on your DECO AXE5300:
- Swap cables to rule out cable issues.
- Perform a factory reset.
- Check for firmware updates.
- If the problem persists, contact DECO support for assistance.

@ay2026 couple of questions:
- Is port 3 being used for backhaul or just for Client devices?
- Is the problem on just one unit or all of the mesh nodes?
- What does your network look like? Do you have an ISP router with Deco units connected as APs or is it just the Deco mesh in router mode?
- If you are in AP mode, can you quickly remove the broken unit from the mesh in the Deco app, then connect it again to reset it?
