Modem Router 3G/4G Archer MR600 problem with android app Tether
For 2 or 3 days I have had a problem with the Tether app that controls my router via android phone.
I can no longer click Save when I try to change my internet connection settings.
I can do it if I connect via the website and not via the app (in the app it is as if the Save button was disabled).
It is a function that I use often because I use 2 different APNs (one with unlimited traffic but with some restrictions and one with paid traffic but without any restrictions).
I purchased the router in November 2022 and have only been having this problem for a couple of days.
I tried restarting the router but I think the problem is in the app (maybe after the latest update).

Hi, what is the version of your Tether App? and please make sure your phone is connected to the MR600 WiFi when you try changing Internet Settings via the App, also try disabling mobile data of your phone itself.
In addition, on the screenshot, can you tap create profile manually? usually the Save button will be active only after you make some changes.

Hi, thank you very much for the reply.
I've reproduced the same issue on my end, and even though the save button is grayed out, turning on/off mobile data/data roaming or creating new profile will take effect immediately, so they are still working, however, when switching the APN profile from existing profile list, it cannot be saved.
I've reported the issue to our senior engineer, I will keep you informed once there is any update.

Exactly! The problem comes when I want to change the profile in use from APN profile list. I can't create a new profile every time. In the meantime I am connecting to the web page where it is still possible to change the profile from the list.
