You might need to be more precise on the SFP you're trying to use are you talking about a GPON SFP+ with a MAC address that run a backend ? If so the BE800 doesn't bridge the SFP by default, so no... Yet if your don't have a media converter to setup your SFP to register to the GPON tree, you can use a beta BE800 firmware with telnet enabled and via command line add the SFP interface (eth1) to the br-lan bridge. Be aware this has some "risk" both on the usage of a beta software but also of exposing your network so if you need to do so I would disable wifi, and all you lan first and use a pc over ethernet port just for setting up / registering the GPON to the network.
