C64 onemash x easymash
I'm a little confused, it says somewhere that Archer C64 has OneMASH and somewhere it says EasyMASH, which one is correct please?
Can the WiFi strength be set on the C64?
Thank you

Hi,
Originally the C64 supported only OneMesh and support for EasyMesh was added near the end of 2022 via firmware update. But even after updating to the EasyMesh firmware the C64 still supports connecting with OneMesh devices.
In case you get an Archer C64 with a firmware that doesn't have EasyMesh yet, then you just need to update the firmware.
The C64 allows for setting the transmit power to either low, middle or high.
But note that, unlike TP-Link wireless range extenders, if you add the C64 as a Satellite to an EasyMesh network you will not be able to log into that C64 and adjust its transmit power independantly.

Thank you, so I understand correctly that with all your extenders it is possible to adjust the strength of the Wifi signal and at the same time be set in MESH? I simply need two "boxes" that will create a Wifi MESH network for me and the power of the Wifi MESH can be set separately on each box. Possible? Thank you

Whether really all TP-Link range extenders work the same way needs to be confirmed by someone from TP-Link.
The one I have and surely also its sister models that are based on the same hardware do allow for setting the coverage (power) while part of an EasyMesh network.

@Fifator Is DoS Protection available as part of Firewall under security in Archer C64's firmware ? Archer C64(US)_V1_1.13.2 Build 230824
