hello can i caonnect the smart connect power when my wifi is set to Smarth Connect ?

Hi, what do you mean by "smart connect power"? What is the model no. and hardware version of your TP-Link device?
For smart connect function on TP-Link WiFi routers, it will combine the 2.4G and 5G WiFi, but it will not affect the powerline adapter/extender. You could still customize the wireless settings for powerline extender on your own.
