"The login password is used to log in and manage your TP-Link device TL-WA850RE. It is NOT your TP-Link ID password or Wi-Fi password." is shown.

 

I tried every password, the one I had before(admin), an OPTIMA(Old ISP) password, TP-Link ID(Account) password, router password, serial number...

 

It worked fine on my old phone, however I changed ISPs(Optima ---> Proping) and phones and now on my new phone it isn't letting me log in(It allows me to login into the account just fine, but I can't login into the extender). From what I understand it's asking for the password before the registration, aka during the first registration on the web.

 

Any idea what is the password or how to fix this issue? Thanks!

It's about your local management password that can be changed here:

 

 

If you don't remember this password the only way to resolve this is to reset the RE to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch.

To reset the RE you'll have to press the reset button for about 10 seconds.
