Currently, parental controls will not limit any screentime, and will not block any site set in the blocked list. I have tried this with different devices without success.

For Archer C9 v3 you have to use this parental controls guide.

  @terziyski Unfortunately, I already have parental controls setup as the guide specifies. It doesn't matter what the access time is set to, nothing is ever blocked. Additionally, the keywords in the blacklist never get blocked.

Also make sure that devices that you control are with their real (not randomized) MAC address - details.

If all these conditions are met and the issue still persists then probably that is caused by an outdated FW.
