Hi, how can i restart satellite router in easymesh network? Via web and Tether app i didn't find this option.

Hi, 

 

You could restart the satellite device on the main router EasyMesh page.

For example, for Tether App, go to More->EasyMesh, tap the satellite unit from the EasyMesh Map/List, then tap the three dots icon on upper right side, you will see Reboot option.

Hi, may I know your network topology? and what is the hardware and firmware version of your main router and also satellite router?

Also let us know the version of your Tether App please.

Hi. I have AX73 as main router, AX10 as satellite, backhaul 1000 Mbit cable, version Tether 4.5.5, both routers are UpToDate.(See file)

Thank you very much for the reply, it seems that this feature needs to be supported by firmware update for AX73 and AX10.

We will record the feature request and report to our development team, please pay attention to any new firmware release on the router web interface of TP-Link official website.
