Hey guys, what's going?

I have the ax90 router on my network and would like to extend the Onemesh wifi signal.

I bought the AX53 which I think is compatible with the AX90 and expands the signal.

Will it match the AX53 well as an access point?

Thanks so much for cooperation and patience.

Sincerely,

Lucas.

AX90 supports Onemsh, while AX53 supports zeasymesh.

If you plan them to be in a mesh you should use the AX90 as a main router and AX53 as a satellite device.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Thanks for answer!

So, the best option is the AX53 to be set Acess Point on the network?

If you set AX53 in access point mode it won't be in a mesh with AX90.

You have to add AX53 as a satellite device to build a mesh between these - here's a guide for that (use the WPS method).

Oh my god!

I thought the ax53 would be fully compatible with the AX90's onemesh network.
Even on the AX53 page it says that it is compatible with onemesh.

Do you suggest me to exchange it in the store for some other better choice that matches the AX90?

Thanks so much and sorry for the inconvenience!

Both routers are compatible, so don't worry about that.

Just follow the guide I posted and you'll have a mesh network between them.

Nice!

Tomorrow I will try to configure the AX53 on the AX90 network.

As my PC is via cable directly to the provider's modem, I will try to configure it using the Tether WiFi app on my cell phone.

If I can't, I connect a cable from the AX90 to my PC

Any problems, I'll flag them here in the post.

Thanks so much terziyski and have a great week!

If you have an ISP modem router before AX90, you probably are behind a double NAT.

If you want to avoid that you may refer to this guide (in case ISP modem router allows bridge mode).

This procedure has nothing to do with the mesh configuration of the AX90 and AX53 - it's optional.

The AX53 didn't work witch the AX90.
So, I returned it to the store.

I Would like to know which are the best AX90 OneMesh compatible Range Extenders Wifi?

Thanks so much for cooperation and patience.

Sincerely,
Lucas.

Did you use the WPS method to connect AX53 as a satellite device to the AX90 - this should have worked.

Anyway, AX90 is planned for implementing an Easymesh - here's easymesh compatible routers list.

Here are teh OneMEsh compatible range extenders.

I bought the RE605x repeater Wifi to expand the signal.
When configuring it, I place it on an Access Point or Repeater Wifi?

Furthermore, would there be any other configuration to change the RE605X repeater?

Thanks so much for cooperation.
