Hi,

 

My router has QoS, but, only for upload? Even the help file says that I could add the speed for download and upload.

 

I'd like to know if this is going to be fixed or if not, to look up for another router, as I didn't expect to find a QoS that only works for upload, not download.

Hi, your router is EX220, right? did you get it from your ISP?

This is an ISP model actually and we community team don't have its related information, it is recommended to contact the ISP for help or feature requests.
