Hi can someone help please. We bought the TP-Link AV1000 yesterday and installed 1 adaptor to my sons Xbox on the 3rd floor and 1 adaptor to the router in the front room which all worked fine last night and improved the glitching and lagging that we were experiencing prior to getting the device. This morning we turned on the Xbox off and had to go through the same initial setup process again which is highly frustrating! Any ideas to resolve this?
Hi，what is the specific model no. of your AV1000 powerline? you could check it on the box or the device label, which is usually TL-WPAXXXX or TL-PAXXXX.
Besides, when the issue happens, what about the LED status on the two powerline adapters? what is the specific problem? connected but no internet?
