Hi, the router worked properly before, right? Recently, there may be wifi speed issue, as you mentioned.

If so, we cannot guarantee that your issue can be fixed by a new firmware.

It is suggested to share your issue details with us, then we can provide some possible suggestions.

If the issue can not be fixed, you can  confirm warranty with your retailer or local support asap.
