hi,

before update firmware, i could connect on my access point with wifi 5ghz.

now, when i'm connecting, no ip are assigned. i need to assign a static ip on my pc.

with wifi 2.4 is ok.

what's the problem??

this my configuration.

i tried to downgrade firmware, but i get error 71211.

Hi, thanks for posting question in our community.

According to your network topology, it seems that you have 3 APs?

If your computers can connect to 2.4Ghz/5Ghz wifi band of the first AP (connected to MR500 directly), please try to reset your other APs and reconfigure to check.

BTW, the latest firmware from the global official website says "This firmware cannot be degraded to the previous version."

hi, i have same problem on wired devices. devices connected with cable on access point doesn't receive ip. if i gave static ip, working.

i replace mr500 with other routers and working fine.

could be a problem with mesh function?
