Hi there,

I would like to use my AX72 PRO to connect to my private VPN, created in my office, and use it remotely from home, or use Nord VPN as well.


I created my VPN network (an IPSec with PSK) using a FRITZ!Box 5530 and I therefore have a server address, username and password and the IPSec key. This VPN works 100% when configured on a smartphone, for example. On the other hand, if I use this VPN via AX72 PRO unfortunately it does not work, the VPN client remains perpetually trying to connect and never switches to the “CONNECTED” state.


I also tried setting up a NordVPN connection with OpenVPN, which is similarly working on other devices, but the situation is identical. The AX72 PRO VPN client never connects!


Suggestions and tips?
