As 1.13.2 version supports DoH already, you may refer to this guide to check your DoH settings first.

And can you share the screenshots of the settings and how it does not work, then we will consult senior support.

  @0x0mehrab before this update was there any option to add any CUSTOM DNS servers like Adguard's DNS over HTTPS other than the hardcoded ones such as Google, Cloudflare & Quad9?

No. I had to use the dardcoded default one. and still have to use the default one. There is no other option to use others.

And the sad thing is there is no OpenWRT Custom rom for this Router.
